  Operation: Energy renovation of Vital Apartments.

Programme: Operational Programme for the Implementation of the European Cohesion Policy 2014-2020.

Total value of the operation and EU contribution (under contract): EUR 308,050 including VAT, of which the value of ERDF co-financing EUR 189,375 (the operation is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund). Beneficiary: JD Turizem d.o.o.

Duration of the operation: September 2020 – October 2021. Description of the operation: The purpose of the investor was to energetically renovate the entire Apartments Vital and increase the living comfort of all guests as well as employees of the company. The result of the operation is an energy-renovated building, where the building envelope was rehabilitated and builders’ joinery, heat pump, underfloor heating, ventilation and air conditioning system, energy-efficient lighting, solar power plant, waste separation containers and energy saving fittings and kettles were installed. Objectives of the operation:

renovation of the building envelope,
replacement of builders’ joinery,
installation of a heat pump,
underfloor heating execution,
implementation of ventilation and air conditioning system,
renovation of lighting,
installation of a solar power plant,
purchase of waste separation containers,
installation of energy-saving fittings and kettles.

The result of the operation is an energy-rehabilitated facility:

 

  • renovated building envelope,
    installed builders’ joinery,
    installed heat pump,
    installed underfloor heating,
    installed ventilation and air conditioning system,
    installed energy-efficient lighting,

    waste separation containers installed, and
    Installed energy saving fittings and kettles.
